Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and janda303 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "janda303"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at janda303.cam ("the Website").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

janda303 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We strongly recommend reviewing this document periodically. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual on the janda303 platform, through which all gaming, deposit and withdrawal activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds not yet released for withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits or matched deposit amounts granted to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the janda303 gaming website, mobile interface, associated software, games, betting markets and customer support services.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game entry placed by a Player using real-money Account Balance or Bonus Funds.
• "Rollover Requirement" means the total wagering amount a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's Account at the Player's request, preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an Account on janda303, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. janda303 operates zero tolerance on underage gambling and will immediately close any Account where this condition is found to be unmet.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion restriction on janda303 or any other gaming platform where cross-platform exclusions apply.
• You have not previously had an Account on janda303 that was suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or listed on any financial sanctions register maintained by applicable regulatory authorities.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only on janda303. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method or device used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. janda303 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided at registration or subsequently.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Your obligations in this regard include:

• Never sharing your username, password or one-time authentication codes with any third party.
• Using a strong, unique password for your janda303 Account that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which janda303 strongly recommends for all Accounts.
• Notifying janda303 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

janda303 will not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to protect their Account credentials. Any wager placed through your Account — whether by you or an unauthorised third party — shall be treated as a valid wager for which you bear responsibility, unless you have reported a compromise to our support team prior to the wager being placed.

janda303 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed, with associated funds frozen pending investigation.

Key withdrawal conditions include:

• Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. See Clause 3 and our Account Verification Guide for document requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for standard DuitNow and FPX requests on verified accounts. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the janda303 Account. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted.
• janda303 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of our AML compliance obligations.
• Active Bonus Funds or incomplete rollover requirements may restrict withdrawal of certain Account Balance portions. Where a rollover is incomplete, you may choose to forfeit the bonus to release real-money Balance for withdrawal.
• janda303 does not charge platform withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Fees levied by the receiving financial institution are the responsibility of the Player.

janda303 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all janda303 promotions include:

• Rollover Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering rollover before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g. ×10, ×15, ×20) is specified on each promotion. Rolling over means placing total wagers equal to the Bonus amount multiplied by the stated multiplier.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, individual wagers are typically capped at RM250–RM500 per bet or game round unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to rollover completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Full contribution rates are listed on the promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not fully rolled over within the stated expiry period (typically 7, 14 or 30 days from credit date) will be forfeited automatically along with any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Bonus-derived winnings may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g. 5×). Real-money deposits made by the Player are not subject to this cap.
• One Bonus Per Account: A Player may only claim each specific promotion once. Claiming bonuses across duplicate Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in suspension and forfeiture.

All games and betting markets offered on janda303 are governed by product-specific rules published within each game or market interface. These rules take precedence over general Terms in the event of conflict specific to game outcomes.

The following general principles apply to all wagering activity on janda303:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the Player except where expressly permitted within a specific product's early cash-out feature.
• janda303 reserves the right to void any wager where it is determined that the relevant event was materially affected by match-fixing, data feed error, manifest odds pricing error or system malfunction.
• In the event of a system error or technical disruption during a game session, janda303 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session. Where restoration is not possible, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned.
• Mix Parlay wagers require all selected legs to win for a payout to occur. A single void leg in a Mix Parlay will typically be treated as a single leg reduction, with the parlay recalculated accordingly — subject to the sports betting product rules applicable at the time.
• Live in-play bets accepted after the stated event start time are subject to additional verification. janda303 reserves the right to void late-accepted in-play bets at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on janda303. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all Account Balance and Bonus Funds:

• Underage Gambling: Any attempt by an individual under 21 years of age to register or wager on janda303.
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity documents, or providing materially false information during registration or KYC.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions or any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players, whether at live dealer tables or in any other game format, to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human control.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, data feed anomalies or any unintended Platform behaviour for financial gain.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional terms, including but not limited to matched betting strategies, arbitrage across promotions and coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any transaction that constitutes money laundering under applicable law. janda303 cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with a payment provider in respect of legitimate Platform transactions.

All content on the janda303 Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, audio-visual elements and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of janda303 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying or creating derivative works from any janda303 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Using janda303 brand assets, trademarks or logos in any third-party context without written permission.
• Screen-recording, streaming or broadcasting live dealer game sessions without explicit prior authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, janda303, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Data loss, corruption or unauthorised access resulting from causes outside janda303's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, force majeure events or third-party network failures.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, game statistics or odds published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account credential security as required under Clause 4.
• Gambling losses arising from lawful game outcomes. janda303 operates certified RNG-based games and does not guarantee any particular outcome or return.

Nothing in these Terms limits janda303's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. In all other cases, janda303's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the Account Balance held by that Player at the time the claim arises.

janda303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
• KYC documentation submitted is found to be fraudulent, expired or unverifiable.
• Unusual betting patterns consistent with match-fixing, collusion or arbitrage abuse are identified.
• A Player requests self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gambling framework.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority instructs janda303 to restrict a Player's access.

In the event of Account termination for breach of these Terms, janda303 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings and, where fraud is established, the associated Account Balance. Any real-money Balance derived from legitimate, uncontested deposits will be returned to the Player following completion of all AML investigations, subject to applicable legal hold obligations.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting janda303 customer support. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours and subject to the responsible gambling terms set out in Clause 12.

janda303 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a suite of player protection tools accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard. We strongly encourage all Players to use these tools to maintain healthy gambling habits.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control total funds loaded into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds per session, day or week. Once a limit is reached, betting activity is automatically suspended for the defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a set duration.
• Cool-Down Period: Request a short-term Account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days if you need a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term (minimum 6-month) exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible during the nominated exclusion period.

janda303 collects and processes personal data from Players solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, processing transactions, complying with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations, and improving the Platform's services. Data is held securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third-party commercial operators.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with janda303's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail the categories of data collected, the purposes and legal bases for processing, retention periods, your rights as a data subject and the procedures for exercising those rights.

KYC documents are retained for the minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and are then destroyed or anonymised in accordance with our data retention schedule. Players may request a copy of their personal data or deletion of non-legally-required records by contacting us at the address set out in Clause 16.

janda303 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Player rights or obligations, janda303 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where an urgent amendment is required for security, legal compliance or operational reasons.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date displayed at the top of this page, shall be the version binding upon all Platform Users. Your continued use of janda303 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date. Requests for Account closure and withdrawal of available Account Balance made on this basis will be processed as a priority.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of janda303, the parties agree to first seek resolution through janda303's internal complaints procedure by contacting our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within 30 days of written notification, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits janda303's right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm arising from breach of these Terms.
